Summary: To promote, market and sell the company's products and services through effective sales and marketing techniques by performing the following duties.
Job Description:
Responsible for the effective execution of all activities involving direct interface with account maintenance, operations or management. The Account Manager will work with other members of the sales team to increase company profitability and customer satisfaction.
Duties and Responsibilities include the following and other duties may be assigned:
-Promotes and sells new business through on-site visits and suggestive sales techniques to acquire new customers.
-Processes and submits new leads and other documentation to appropriate staff as required.
-Responds to incoming sales inquiries in person.
-Identifies and maintains contact with potential and existing customers as required.
-Understands and supports the company's sales policies and procedures to provide proper and effective treatment to all customers.
-Processes customer information on computer system in an efficient manner to provide quality service.
-Maintains updates and files customer records on a regular basis.
-Calls on current and prospective customers in assigned territory, some overnight travel may be required.
-Monitor and maintain safety, security, and cleanliness of vehicle, and report any accidents, ticket violations, unauthorized personnel, or potential security problems to the appropriate staff.
-Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 20 pounds without assistance
-Put up point of sale material, arrange and schedule promotional dates.
-Work closely with and in conjunction with the Management and Sales Forces.
-Be aware and comprehend all FDA guidelines pertaining to Tobacco products. Must adhere to all regulations.
-Increase customer satisfaction by collecting information, feedback on service and resolving complaints; communicate information back to management.
-Inform customers of new products and services that can increase customer satisfaction and sales.
-Possess and maintain a clean, valid driver's license.
- Commission Is paid out monthly on all products sold

-Weekly Salary and Commission paid on all sales
